Shipping & Delivery

We are currently shipping only within the European Union, to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portgual, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Normally we need 1 business day to prepare your package.Based on your shipment choice, delivery time may vary:- Express Shipments 1-3 business days- Economy Shipments 5-7 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your order status and a tracking number or link. Tracking updates may take at least 24 hours to show.
Tip: Don’t forget to check your spam folder if you haven’t received this email.

If your order contains any wrong product, size, damage or blemishes, please contact us at customercare@unders.eu and we will make it right. Please let us know your order number and what product seems off. If an item is blemished, pictures are very much appreciated.

If the parcel is not picked up from the parcel shop, and returned unclaimed to us, we will contact you via email to clarify why

Returns

You should return the item/s within 14 days from the date you received your order.
Returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors or stains, in the original product packaging with all labels and protective seals/stickers intact. If they are returned in any other condition, they will not be accepted.
Please note that a return is not possible in case the products were designed according to your preferences and standards. The same applies for products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or for hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after the delivery
If you chose to return your order with another shipping service we advise you to send with tracking.
It may take up to 7 workdays from the date we receive your return package before the amount is visible in your account.

Log in to your account, go to My Orders and Select Return an Item.
Once you complete the steps we will get your request & proceed with the return.
Please note that at the moment we don't offer free returns

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days from receipt in our facilities.

At this time UNDERS is unable to offer exchanges, but we’re working on it!
For now, you may return your original item and place a new order for the item you’d like instead

We are very sorry to hear that there was an error in putting your shipment together.
Please send an email tocustomercare@unders.euand tell us which product is missing so that we can take care of it as soon as possible.
