Return cost is 5€ for orders shipped with IDP and 12€ for orders shipped with DHL
Please note that returned items must be unwashed, unworn, free of any odors or stains, in the original product packaging with all labels and protective seals/stickers intact.
If they are returned in any other condition, they will not be accepted.
A return is not possible in case the products were designed according to your preferences and standards. The same applies for products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or for hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after the delivery
It may take up to 7 workdays from the date we receive your return package before the amount is visible in your account.
